interactive, gamificationAn interactive game project centered on climbing a building against the backdrop of a rain-soaked city night. Designed to recognize users' position and hand gestures in real time via Kinect camera or webcam, the game allows players to control the in-game character directly through a repeated up-and-down motion. This structure where the body itself becomes the controller creates a sense of direct physical presence within the content, elevating the experience beyond conventional gameplay.
At the core of the project is the intersection of brand experience and interaction. The ability to apply a wide range of costumes to the character in real time allows a client's products and visual identity to be seamlessly integrated into the gameplay. Built on a real-time rendering pipeline, the system enables immediate customization to suit each client's needs, functioning as a medium that delivers brand messaging in a more direct and immersive way within promotional environments.
This project expands the possibilities of participatory brand experience through the medium of interactive gaming, demonstrating how interactive technology can create meaningful and creative touchpoints within a promotional context.
